Unbelievable bad experience - Anonymous employee James Avery Employee Review

Joined James Avery after hearing a lot of good things. About 1.5 years of service rec'd a big bonus. That was a surprise. I did not know why it was sent to me and no one got it. Upon my termination, got three months of salary with benefits. James Avery management and HR knew very well that I was a whistle blower. I had criticized the management for being inefficient and for not using latest technology that I had done research on. Top management was rude and does not want to welcome new ideas or complaints. I did not receive a formal termination letter.
