Pros
First off, the discount is great for buying personal jewelry or using it to get gifts for friends. Second, the management is really nice as long as you do your job. It isn't over taxing in effort mentally or physically.
Cons
Standing up for hours on end with the only relief being your break or kneeling to stock or sort the jewelry drawers can be hard on your feet and back. As in all retail, customers can be hard to deal with when something takes too long or does not go exactly as they planned.
