The company generally has very good policies and working for them was pleasant. While learning on the job, especially around the holidays, is hectic, generally it's fairly easy stuff and many people are more than happy to help you and set you straight, since they had the same problems initially. Additionally, the guests that frequent the store are almost always polite and helpful. Not really any angry customers.
