Pros
JAMF is absolutely incredible. The first thing you're told when you're hired is "You're an adult, we trust you. Act like an adult and we won't have any problems." And they really mean that: if you get your work done and you're an A-player, get out your NERF gun and go raid another team. Have a beer at the end of the day. I haven't come across a single person who isn't exceptionally talented in their area. You're hired because you're a good personality fit and you're skilled in your field. Training is absolutely fantastic, it's almost like being back in college but instead of paying to take classes, you're being paid! I came in as a very experienced Mac and iOS user, and my skills have still grown significantly.
Cons
Silo'ing is a little bit of a problem right now, but management is encouraging everyone to reach out to other departments and build relationships. JAMF is rapidly growing and there are some scalability issues, but they're getting sorted.
