Pros

Here is my favorite things about working at JAMF: 1. Benefits. If you have dependents, this is main reason you want to work here. Leave, Medical, etc. are all top tier, and I simply don't have to worry about medical bills anymore, it's a great feeling. 2. Culture. I have been very impressed with the laid back, but hard working culture. I haven't run into anyone with a "chip on their shoulder", and everyone seems like they want to help each other. 3. Pay. They pay above the national average, if you're qualified, and show that you are dependable.

Cons

The biggest Con is that they are growing so fast, they are definitely having some growing pains. I know it's not always possible, but it would be nice to back off the gas a bit. However the workload has not been overbearing at all, and is nothing compared to jobs I've worked at in the past.

Thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate your comments. Jamf has experienced much growth in recent years, and though we are proud to have maintained stability in our culture and values during these periods of progression, we are aware this can lead to some growing pains. We continue to review employee feedback, both informally and from our Employee Engagement Surveys, so we can continue to gauge where pain points exist and ensure our people continue to succeed.

Pros

Benefits, culture, and community drive Jamf. Pay can always be better, but is fair to the market.

Cons

Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

Pros

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Cons

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
