Pros

This organization offers excellent benefits, including a comprehensive insurance package during my tenure. While the role I held was fully remote, I understand that the company is now transitioning to a hybrid work model requiring employees to return to the office part-time. My direct managers were outstanding—supportive, approachable, and willing to collaborate to meet individual needs. Additionally, I had the privilege of working with many talented colleagues across different teams, several of whom I continue to maintain professional relationships with today.

Cons

Cross-functionally, the experience was sometimes challenging due to varying standards across different teams, which made my role more difficult at times. The turning point came with the departure of the former CEO and the arrival of new leadership, who took a much more aggressive approach. Over the course of two consecutive years, several teams were quickly disbanded. While I understand that these decisions are part of business strategy, the process lacked grace and was poorly managed. The tone at times felt dismissive, particularly towards those expressing concern about job security, with attitudes like, “If you don’t like it, move on.” Although I recognize the need to maintain profitability, the execution left much to be desired.

Pros

Benefits, culture, and community drive Jamf. Pay can always be better, but is fair to the market.

Cons

Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

Pros

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Cons

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
