Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. There was a high amount of employee turnover, and many essential processes were either unclear or not consistently followed. It often seemed that different employees had different answers to the same questions, which created confusion and made it difficult to get accurate information.
The office environment did not feel very professional. There were frequent closed-door meetings that appeared unrelated to work, while communication and organization suffered.
I also found it difficult when conversations in the office were regularly held in a language that not everyone understood. In a shared workplace, using a common language during group interactions helps ensure all employees feel included and informed.
