Pros

The atmosphere is that of a start-up. A lot to do if you are ready to do it yourself. The new building space is nice. People work really hard. Doctors love the company product as there is no other product in the market for aortic regurgitation. Company staff have great relationships with doctors and customers are treated very well.

Cons

Employees are treated badly. It starts with the CEO and has done a poor job. CEO micromanages a lot. Surprising to see him in most meetings. He hired good talent but also lost good talent since joining JenaValve, those who have a history in the company. Senior managers don’t have valve device background.
