It appears leadership t is only behind selling the company and making money. There is no importance given to employee satisfaction, employee development and overall work culture. Inexperienced middle management - they may have come from big companies but they lack experience working in startups and do not have wide range of knowledge that comes from from working in smaller companies. Some of the leadership is racist. HR is joke. Nothing is done when employees complain of issues/discriminations experienced by them.

This company cares more about doing things quickly than doing them right. They are the oldest living start up I've ever worked for mainly because they can't get their stuff together. There is no sense of confidentiality. People's pay, benefits and complaints are spread all over the company. Multiple sites, but only one had any leadership and it was poor. They are anxious to get bought out because everything is such a cluster. Upper management does a bunch of underhanded things to protect themselves after they give unqualified people jobs they aren't equipped to perform. Instead of taking responsibility, they throw the employee under the bus and leave poor management in charge. People are extremely overworked. I left and did not look back. From what i hear i wont be the last.
