Very innovative product. Many knowledgable people in R&D and manufacturing.

Cons

VPs and managers are arrogant and unjust in the way they view people. They tend to discriminate and make decisions based on their personal views. Very unethical and unfair with much discrimination. HR dept is a joke, not friendly or helpful at all.
