Pros
product development cycle had ups and downs. Important product meets the need of a currently unserved market and that alone had given my job purpose and me motivation. I particularly enjoyed my coffee chat with the CEO and learned a lot from him in terms of leadership and ethics.
Cons
There had been rising conflict between the board and the management in strategy and operations. The investors were desperate to get their money out and management was frustrated because of the incessant interference from the board. Unhealthy turnover within the senior staff slowed down the company's growth significantly.
