Where to start !! Bullying and intimidation are their way of life. If they don't like you, they will make your life hell, isolation, back stabbing, you name it, it happens here. I worked there for well over 10 yrs and by far the last 4yrs where management had changed, the dynamics had changed dramatically, is when it all became unbearable, the genuine people there ( and there are only a few) have a lovely for their job and what they do. The rest are constantly trying to 'do you over' so that they are left alone and the bullies focus on you. It's disgusting what is allowed to happen there. Going from a family feel run company, where you were celebrated and achievements were recognised, to a cold and brutal place, where no one really wants to be. It breaks my heart.
