Shift leaders are clueless and consider themselves management...which leads to too many chefs in the kitchen. They aren't being trained on leading a team, therefore, they bark orders at everyone, overstep team members when not asked. Half of the shift leaders do everything in their power to not jump in as a regular team member on the service line. Misuse of cell phones and inappropriate stories shared with team and sometimes in front of customers. Management has no foundation on training, cultivating leadership, or guiding team.
