Pros

The food is good and 50% off to employees

Cons

***You will be tested on the menu and it’s a written test, you only get the numbers and an ingredients list*** - they won’t give you scheduled hours to study and expect you to learn things off the clock. Which has been federally illegal since 1938 (Fair Standards Labor Act) - you’d probably be better off working for subway, the pay isn’t good enough to warrant their expectations - My store has a “hours are earned not given,” policy. So they over hire, expecting people not to make it too far, and once you get through training the hours are still minimal. Until you “prove yourself,” which is completely subjective. - They also tend to hire high schoolers and young people who live with whoever they grew up with. That way they can give them 10hrs a week, groom them into who they want them to be, then promote them through the ranks. Makes for a more compliant no questions asked, management. - A lot of unearned egos, people who think they’re the best of the best because management said so. They also don’t bother questioning management. - Management doesn’t care about people, they care about numbers and liability. - They tried to tell me they “treat COVID like any other illness,” despite that being totally against health dept regulations. Had to read the DM the health dept regulations for them to believe me, while I was sick with COVID. - Store cleanliness is awful
