Very bad - Shift Lead Jersey Mike's Employee Review

I never got my raise I was promised. Very high standards and micromanaging for a place that pays so little. High standards that kept changing, or were not communicated properly. Also neglected training their employees. Would put store SPLH above breaks. Very unprofessional manager, myself and many others had their hours cut down to 5-7 hours per week, we were told we would get more if we just covered shifts, but covering shifts did not change it. Meanwhile the manager kept hiring new people and giving them 25-30 hours per week simply because they didn’t like their current crew. Extremely unprofessional and cliquey environment. Do better.
