Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience with Jesta IS so far. The onboarding process, especially from the HR side, was well organized and smooth right from the start, which made my integration into the company very easy. The people here are welcoming, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. It’s a great environment to grow, as I’m constantly learning by working on multiple projects at the same time, which accelerates my development. Jesta also offers great flexibility, allowing a healthy balance between professional and personal life. There is even the possibility to work remotely from abroad for a certain period, which is a significant advantage. Overall, it’s a great place to work and develop professionally.

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Cons

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

Pros

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
