Got to work directly on the AI and ML products for the company. Had freedom to explore different approaches while coordinating the efforts with a small but highly efficient team of BI developers. Great colleagues:)

Lacks internal team building and development.

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Cons

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

Pros

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
