- Managers are not qualified but good politicians - Few senior colleagues are good - Learn how should not treat humans

Cons

- Worst company in Montreal - Qualification of managers are certificate level. Mostly have not seen any college or university. They insist to memorize things to survive and hate research, innovation and new ideas

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
