Pros

Wonderful and nice people with so much potential! Outdoor parking is provided at a great cost which is rare in the Old Port. Education is paid for.

Cons

The 40 hour work week does not include the 5 hours of lunch which makes it a 45 hour week

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
