If it's your first job then join but at your own risk.

Cons

Incompetent management. Development managers and top managements are oblivious to development strategies. Pay scale is way below industry standards. There is no management rules but they are very good at boasting but actually standard of development is non existent. Designation and work criteria is totally different. How they got the job in high position is a mystery by itself. If you point out the issues they will be in denial, they can't take criticism and improve on it.

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
