Pros

Staff employees and middle management are friendly. You easily get attached to people and become friends with them.

Cons

Non-existent organizational structure. Operations VP acting like a god, deciding of everything. No understanding of what innovation really is. Not listening to customers. Many times we have delivered the wrong products. Low performers are praised as long as they produced large quantities of bad code while high performers are seen as a threat. Too much politics, the place runs a "House of Cards" management style. Unfair practices, people laid off without proper reasons and non transparent management.

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Cons

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

Pros

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
