bad leadership inadequate direction Upper management needs to be replaced since they are unresponsive frequently and lack technical expertise, making it difficult for developers to demonstrate project obstacles or limitations. Salaries are below average and not based on regular market rates. Lack of regard for employees. Employees talk about their difficulties at meetings, but it is always simply a discussion and no one takes action to solve the issues. Employees lack any interest in their jobs. Never follow a developer's advice since near the end of the project, they were going to adjust their demands and put pressure on themselves to accomplish it on time, regardless of whether the changes would take additional time or not.
