I have been with Jesta for over two years and l truly appreciate the supportive work environment here where employees feel valued. The leadership team is approachable, encourages open communication and there's a strong emphasis on collaboration across teams. Opportunities for skill development and training are readily available from the onboarding stage from Jesta University to Udemy Business which helps with personal and professional growth. Work-life balance is generally respected here in Jesta, with flexible work options being a significant perk.

Cons

So far, my experience has been positive, l haven't noticed anything that stands out as a significant con.

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
