Pros

During my time at Jesta, I’ve truly appreciated the opportunities for growth and continuous learning. The environment encourages expanding my knowledge and skill set, which has been incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy collaborating with my colleagues—everyone I’ve worked with has been supportive, approachable, and willing to help. I've gained valuable insights and experience in both the business and development aspects of the industry.

Cons

As a junior, one of the challenges I've faced is not always being given enough responsibility to feel that my work is truly impactful or essential. Additionally, when working on my projects or tasks, I sometimes lack full access to the tools or resources needed to complete them efficiently. This can make me reliant on others, which occasionally hinders my ability to work independently and deliver at my full potential.

Great place to hone your craft and to learn new skills Learning is promoted and very good learning tools are provided People are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive Diverse culture Salaries are very competitive and comparable to market rates

Cons

Not being able to take vacation for a whole year

Pros

There are some very nice people Any "corp culture" is only due to the employees MAKING it happen, not due to company setting the tone or participating

Cons

Poor leadership team No vision - no pun intended No flex time, remote working, they track you to the minute! No investment in products it just continues...
