The JetBrain's Boston Office is very modern and because the employee size is very small, there is a lot of interaction between upper management (COO, CFO, Co-founder), admin (Office Staff), and engineers. No matter what your role is at JetBrains, you always feel valued. The upper management really take the time to get to know you and make sure you are happy. Work/life balance is great. Upper management is always concerned about your well being and making sure you aren't over worked or burnt out.
