Pros
Used to be a fun unique place to work, quirky office and inclusive culture very typical of the CEOs personality. Informal culture (not always a pro). Support to do qualifications. Holiday allowance.
Cons
Vast majority of senior management/directors left, company then completely changed. No progression. Hard work not recognised or rewarded. A lot of inexperienced management. Obvious issues ignored. Low salary compared with same role in other companies. Lack of communication across the business and within teams. Tension between departments. Lost a lot of it's individuality and quirky culture now. Over the past 24 months a lot of staff at all levels of seniority have left under questionable circumstances i.e been paid off to keep quiet.
