Pros
They keep bragging that they’re making £££ billion jillion every year Most of the engineering staff and those who deliver services to customers are fantastic and knowledgeable people
Cons
No respect or human dignity for talented engineers. They constantly make changes to maximise profit which apparently also means making working conditions harder and worse. Middle Managers are incompetent and have no understanding of what engineers do, constantly throwing them under a bus by over promising to customers and then putting the engineer in a horrible position when the customer complains - rather than allocating more resource or shouldering any responsibility. Driven purely by greed with no respect for their customers or employees.
