Senior management are bullies - IT Professional Jigsaw Systems Employee Review

Senior management are rude, aggressive bullies. This encapsulates a significant portion of management above line manager level - and 90% of the directing staff (excluding the founders). I have witnessed fat shaming, homophobic slurs and general verbal bullying - mainly behind peoples back. Hr are aware of how people feel because multiple people have voiced concerns about exactly what is in all this reviews - living in denial and trying to make out it’s all ‘new information’ is laughable. Getting out of this place was the best decision I ever made as it effected my mental health towards the end and caused me to suffer anxiety and start to exhibit symptoms of depression. The boys club very much exists and I wish with all my being they would be held accountable for their actions - but they won’t. Just do yourself a favour and get a job anywhere else - the grass is greener! I don’t know a single person who has left this place and regretted it. Just look at the reviews - they used to be all good but in the past couple of years they have all become negative except a select few (which appear soon after a recent negative one…) This is now a company of bullies who are interested in nothing more than making money no matter what the cost.
