Pros
My 14+ years working for Jigsaw are testament to what a great place it is to work. In the time I spent there I developed both personally and professionally as a result of the support provided by everybody I worked with. I developed strong relationships not only with my peers, but also my direct managers, senior management and the directors. With the right attitude and work ethic, progression is openly welcomed, encouraged and supported. I am hugely surprised by some of the other reviews on here that suggest there is a culture of bullying, sexism, racism and harassment - I can honestly say in my entire time I had not witnessed any of this. I also can't believe that HR would turn a blind-eye to any of the accusations posted - this just doesn't fit with the culture nor the mentality of anybody I worked with. Sadly, my employment with Jigsaw has come to an end, although this was not the result of ill-feeling or deep rooted desire to leave, simply another career opportunity presenting itself that was simply too good to pass-up. Had this not have been the case it is highly likely that I would still be working there. Jigsaw, and the great people there have been a huge part of my life who I will never forget. I couldn't recommend Jigsaw enough and would have no reservations on returning to work there in the future
Cons
Salary wasn't always competitive against the wider market when progressing into a new role internally. However, I know efforts to address this have been made recently.
