When i started at jigsaw i was promised the world if i worked hard enough. You do the work and prove yourself to then be best offered with going into the office full time (5 days a week and pizza parties. I mean thats the reason you go to work for a "green" company. All the posts around hybrid and remote working that is posted yet 5 days a week in a office does not meet that criteria. When mentioned to HR "it's something they do not offer but they are looking into it) Sales sell the world yet the people supporting the customer have little to no training thus only resource they are able to use is Google or relying on others who in the end will just use Google. There are teams that happily sit there and do bare minimum and get the praise when people are snowed under putting in overtime every single month to provide the support needed to customers. PS team act better than the rest of the company and will do half the work that the customer has paid for and then when the support goes live "it wasn't in the scope OR i didn't have time" There is no progression only comments that "it's coming" then 6 months later "it's coming" There is very much a boys club and if you do not meet that criteria then you will get involved in nothing . This has been raised multiple times as you can see from the previous reviews and i cannot see that getting any better. Forcing people to be on-call all because they have a team that is in-capable of handling simple queries but Jigsaw do not want to get rid of the dead weight.
