Lack basic business sense and direction for a company of their size - Anonymous employee Jigsaw Systems Employee Review

There are lots of unhappy people here unfortunately. The issues stem from senior management; very poor communication, constant changes which are never discussed properly, making redundancies at the drop of a hat, lack of long term planning, the list goes on. Lack basic things that a business of this size needs such as standardised performance management, pay increase policy (some people have not had a pay increase for 4 years), training/qualification plans, can't agree on a remote working policy.... Again the list goes on. Unfortunately Jigsaw is the type of company that say things like "we dont want to spend money on training the team for them to just leave". A very us and them approach from senior leadership. Benefit/compensation package is lacking compared to others.
