Pros

It’s a steady job. You pretty much can’t get fired as long as you just show up. They have benefits and PTO. If you just need a paycheck weekly then it’s a fine start. They provide lunch on Saturdays.

Cons

There’s people who do absolutely nothing all day and nothing is ever said about it (a part of the “you won’t get fired as long as you show up”) Raises or promotions don’t happen unless you know one of the Ellis’s. They will work you to death and promise things they won’t ever fulfill. They watch how many hours you get like hawks, while also asking you to stay late and come in early. Saturdays are long but that’s typical for the car industry.

management isn't very good, no teaching unless you've been there for multiple years.
