Respect and courtesy are the key to a thriving workplace and I am so pleased to hear you are experiencing this amongst your team. The complimentary Saturday lunches have been a staple in showrooms and break rooms for as long as I can remember, just a small but consistent way of thanking the entire team for the day’s work.
