First and foremost, thank you for your loyalty and service with the company. Your tenure is recognized and greatly appreciated. I am glad you have had the pleasure of meeting clients and hopefully building lasting relationships. I have known some of our sales representatives to have the opportunity to sell to multiple generations because of their tenure and ability to provide such a lasting car buying experience. With that in mind, the last few years have changed the car-buying experience so I think there is more stress on both sides of the transaction. We hope as we get back to a more historical environment that stress levels will decrease and we can use the gifts of technology and improvement to everyone’s advantage. All the Best to you, Brooke

management isn't very good, no teaching unless you've been there for multiple years.
