2yFirst and foremost, thank you for your loyalty and service with the company. Your tenure is recognized and greatly appreciated. I am glad you have had the pleasure of meeting clients and hopefully building lasting relationships. I have known some of our sales representatives to have the opportunity to sell to multiple generations because of their tenure and ability to provide such a lasting car buying experience. With that in mind, the last few years have changed the car-buying experience so I think there is more stress on both sides of the transaction. We hope as we get back to a more historical environment that stress levels will decrease and we can use the gifts of technology and improvement to everyone’s advantage.
