Hello,
We are sorry that you feel we did not meet your expectations or feel valued in your role. While we cannot guarantee the shop workload, based on some things out of the company's control, we do have much appreciation for each of our technicians. We try to show that through positive feedback, support and mentorship, training programs, competitive pay, and tenure-structured recognition. But all of that is not to say that we don’t fall short in some areas, as there is always room and opportunity for improvement.
I do tend to agree with you, that technicians are some of the funniest people you ‘ll meet. They do have the ability to bring a smile to your face.
