Pros

The team of people at Jim Ellis are experienced and patient, they support new hires with grace and friendship. Everyone on boards quickly and is forgiven for mistakes followed correct discipline - a very effective and understanding learning environment

Cons

The flow of work is heavily dependant on external factors and this makes the pay system sometimes unforgiving. The company is very understanding when it comes to this, but the reality of how flexible is possible can be an inconvenience.

management isn't very good, no teaching unless you've been there for multiple years.
