Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your time with us. It appears we met your expectations in some areas and still have work to do in other areas. Hours and compensation can be challenging in this industry, especially amongst the sales team, and I understand that concern. We have and will continue to be mindful of time spent in the showroom. This is why we are closed on Sundays’ and offer a 5-day workweek. While performance generates compensation in the sales department, evaluating and implementing competitive pay plans is always on the “To-Do” List. We want to see success for everyone on the team. Your “advice to management” is a valid point. Managers are expected to lead, grow, and mentor, requiring undivided attention, focus, and commitment.
