Hi, I wanted to personally thank you for leaving us a company review. It sounds like we were meeting your expectations in some significant areas, but we need to be mindful of compensation and Saturday scheduling. As you probably know, this industry has always seen considerable business on Saturday, which is why the day seems long, because it is. As a company, we try to combat this with Sundays off, rotating Saturdays, and 5-day work weeks for most positions. But I understand entirely that 12 hours is a tough shift. We will continue exploring opportunities that promote balance and serve the customers. Workloads can be unpredictable, and I am not sure we will be able to remedy the “consistently busy.” Still, I would encourage you to rest and rejuvenate during appropriate breaks and lunch. Concerning pay, while I feel we are competitive, I would recommend an open conversation with your manager regarding your pay so everyone is on the same page. Hopefully, this will lead to a productive conversation. I greatly appreciate your tenure with us and the time you took to leave this review.
