Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate it and we also genuinely appreciate your company tenure. While “decent” by definition is an “acceptable standard” it is not where aspire to be. While a role in the BDC department is heavily dependent on individual performance metrics, we also want to be sure we are continuing to evaluate ways to be more competitive all around, especially in the economy we live in.
