I apologize for the delay in my response on your review. We appreciate you taking the time to leave one for us. Five stars...Wow. Thank you so much. While we know there are always areas of improvement we need to work on, this helps us fuel the fire to press on with the mission. I agree that sales hours and schedules can be very challenging when it comes to finding that work/life balance. While I think our industry has made great improvement from “bell to bell” days, we absolutely still have work to do. It is very tricky balance to staff a dealership while still meeting the expectations and scheduling needs of both team members and clients. Pay plans are another area where alignment can be difficult because they will always vary based on so many factors. But, that means they are always being reviewed so we can be as up to date as possible.
We appreciate your contributions and inspiring review. We will continue to look for ways to be the best.
