While I do understand how you may feel we are corporately structured, that has much to do with operating a growing business and standardizing policies, practices and procedures. Growth is a blessing but it does come with responsibility of making sure company practices not only align operationally and strategically, but also operate in a uniformed and consistent way. I firmly believe the principles, mission and core values we were founded on still remain. They keep us grounded and humbled in our roots.
