Thank you for taking the time to leave a company review. It appears we are meeting and exceeding your workplace expectations in some areas, which I am certainly happy to hear. Feedback, positive or negative, is imperative to us as we rely on these reviews to make the company a better place. I support your feelings on listing communication as a con— Shop talks should be often and productive for all parties. I think sometimes the daily grind of reoccurring tasks can take over in an ugly way and we can do better at enhancing the verbal relationship between managers and technicians.
In regards to “bad lunch”, I have to assume you mean the company- provided complimentary Saturday lunches. We always suggest speaking up if you’d like to see some different options on the menu as it can be challenging to find meals that everyone agrees on.
I really do appreciate your review as it is helpful on our journey to being the best workplace we can possibly be. Thank you for your contributions to the service department and the company as a whole.
