Low pay for internet sales. Incoming AI integration makes longevity of that work tenuous.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a company review. We appreciate the tenure with our sales BDC department. While “pretty standard” isn’t the goal, I guess we could be worse. Our intention is to set ourselves apart by exceeding expectations so we will continue to work on that. We will be intentional in evaluating the industry benchmarks to ensure our compensation plan is competitive and attractive. While I do understand AI can be beneficial in this industry, it certainly has its pros and cons. Thank you for leaving us a review. Brooke

management isn't very good, no teaching unless you've been there for multiple years.
