Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm really glad to hear that you’ve felt a strong sense of community and teamwork within your store — that kind of environment is something we truly value and strive to support across all our teams. I also want to acknowledge your concern around the long hours. We know this industry can be demanding, and while every store’s needs vary, we’re continuing to look for ways to better support work-life balance across the group. Your perspective is important, and I appreciate you being candid about both the positives and the challenges. Thanks again, Brooke

Thank you so much for this incredibly kind feedback. It means a lot to hear that you feel supported in your growth and success — that’s exactly the kind of culture we strive for. We want every team member to feel valued, seen, and encouraged to build a lasting career here. I’m so glad your experience has reflected that so far, and I hope it continues in the same direction. Appreciate you taking the time, Brooke

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m glad to hear you found the hours to be a positive. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel supported by management or received the level of training you needed—that’s not the experience we want for our team. We know how important strong leadership and development are, especially early on. Your feedback is helpful and something we’ll continue to focus on improving. Thank you, Brooke
