Advertise making $22 an hour...they pay minimum. Don't be fooled they expect tips to make up the rest of your pay. The tip pool practices violate federal law. Forced to share tips with management. Sketchy and secretive. There is no opportunity or place to grow. They will exploit you at every opportunity. Local owners don't give a **** about anything but making money. Forgets there are real people working. Inclusion committee is a joke, the misogyny is rampant, and they just lie. Lie and lie and lie. They USE to be a better company.
