Not safety conscious and antiquated. - Process Engineer Johns Manville Employee Review

Upper management is honestly a joke. I was there less than 1 year and answered to 3 different plant managers. So, tons of dysfunctionality... Instead of updating equipment for safety and longevity, this place spends money on painting walls while the steel around the frame corrodes away. There are two kinds of business, "how much will it cost" and "how much will we make"? This place is all about cost... Truly a scary place to work, hence the reason I left in less than a year. Since my employment, I've learned 3 newer hire engineers also quit before their year was up as well. This place has some serious problems.
