Pros
An income, and some of the coworkers were friendly.
Cons
Management couldn't or wouldn't train new hires, at all. We had few training sessions disbursed randomly throughout a 2 month period, and other than that, all their "training" was, was shadowing their other employees all day every day. Almost none of which had been there for more than 6 months. Other than that I sat at my desk with no direction and nothing to do unless I was literally *constantly* asking the manager for anything to do to keep me busy and actually do something. If not, they just acted like you weren't even there. It was extremely corporate in the worst ways, and they told us they didn't "trust" their employees enough to let them work remotely. Extremely environmentally irresponsible and force you to print out and keep papers for years instead of choosing a different option so they could go paperless like most businesses in the 21st century. They invested nothing into my professional progress and development while there, or into the training needed for ANY new hires. Not surprised at all that their turnover rate is through the roof, but they can't seem to understand it.
