Managers believe rumors and gossip that are spread between co-workers. Expect to be closely monitored on teams chat, and micromanaged if your are not a favorite of your manager. Don’t try and seek help from HR they reinforce managements poor decisions, they are not there to help you as an employee. Unprofessional work environment. No worth the time, stress, and effort.
