Pros

1.You need an engineering/technical background to do the job. You get training necessary for the job. It’s not perfect but at least you don’t have to worry about not knowing what to do 2. Interview was stress free 3.depending on the team leader, you will get loads of encouragement

Cons

1.Too much micro management,-every aspect is tracked, from how long you are on a call, to how long you stay between calls 2.because the company has US and Canadian clients, the only holidays you won’t need to get approval for are Christmas and new year. 3.remuneration and benefits are not the best, which is why lots of employees leave causing more workload and stress for those staying and then those ones get overworked and the cycle repeats itself

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
