Pros

- NA Business Leadership has experiance and drive to improve. - The Pay was really good considering the location

Cons

- All employee's are required to be On Site 5 days a week. - Most Business Processes across all departments are governed by the head office in Tiawan. - Budgeting for the Lines of Business is set up in a way that allows each LOB to implement their own technology outside the normal IT Stack. - Globally, every region has their own Technology Stack that was built in a Silo (Different Microsoft Tenant's, if that region uses microsoft at all). - Long Term direction and goals from Data and IT Leadership dont align with business goals & frequently change.
